Vine ripened tomatoes, Vidalia onions and celery tops diced, sprinkled with a lemon- vinegar sauce, served on fresh lettuce and topped with sizzling hot fried green tomato chunks.

Polk Salit' Chicken Delight
Granny fought off the gators for these fresh mixed greens, we added tomato wedges, baby carrots, cracked bread and grilled chicken slices for the tastiest salad on the Ocmulgee River. Choice of dressing: French, Italian or Ranch.
